Shipping policy

1. Application

This policy applies to orders placed with Adelaide Gifts, operated by EXU 46 PTY LTD at 46 Jetty Road, Glenelg SA 5045, Australia. It should be read together with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

2. Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and South Australian public holidays. Where a different dispatch period is stated in a product listing or agreed with you, that period applies. If we are unable to dispatch your order as expected, we will notify you within 2 business days and discuss the available options.

3. Delivery estimates

Delivery within Australia is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. These periods are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, regional or remote destinations and peak periods may affect delivery. Any product-specific delivery information is stated in the relevant listing.

4. Charges and available destinations

Available delivery methods, destinations and charges are displayed at checkout before you submit your order. Any free-shipping offer is subject to the conditions stated with that offer. Please review the delivery charge and address before completing payment.

5. Delivery details and enquiries

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Where tracking is provided, use the dispatch notification to follow your parcel. If an order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact hello@adelaidegifts.com.au with your order number so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Delivery estimates and carrier involvement do not remove any responsibility we have under that law.
